I wanted to get the Sororitas class on my PS5 but i accidentally purchased the DLC for PS4. I tried to refund, but because my external drive still had the game downloaded, the console downloaded the purchase automatically. I tried to refund so I could purchase for PS5 but Sony support told me they couldn't help (AKA corporate says to kick rocks).

Any way to get the purchase linked for both PS4 and PS5 at this point?

I'm really sorry, but we simply don't have the jurisdiction over those platforms to be able to issue a refund to you :/ I would be able to help you had you made your purchase on this website (and that has happened before too), but this way Sony's own policies are what will determine your request. Sorry about the bad news :/
