I looked at my NON-Season Psyker's build to see where I wanted to put points on my seasonal psyker and it looks as if several Passive Trees have relocked.  

I am loathe to test if they truely are by using a Mind Reset.

Allocated points are still in the trees.

The icons for the trees are muted again as if locked.

The bar below the icon is empty and does not display how many points are spent in that Passive.
