Omicron arkh missing

Hi


I'm on chapter 2 and its telling me to talk to omicron arkh, he had been on the bridge but now hes disappeared. Am I missing something?

Hi I’m on Xbox one and I am on ch2 it is telling me to talk to omicron Arkh but he is not on my ship also progressing on chaos undivided quest line wish can’t progress because I have to talk to omicron arkh I don’t know if this was a a bug  my GT is Vincentvalk

@NEBELRAMBO‍ could you tell me the character's name as well which stuck?

We are working on the problem but more time required to get it fixed. We understand if you may be displeased as your progress in the campaign is hindered but I can assure you that it is one of our highest priority at the moment to get the problematic accounts fixed on both PS4 and XboxOne. Having this same problem after the update. Omicron Arkh is missing, I too am at the end of chapter 2. I have two quests stuck waiting for him to return, in both of them I need to speak to Omicron Arkh. And I'm playing on PS4

@Marcopolocs Hi, my Charakter Name is "Uterus".


German: Mein Charakter im Spiel, bei dem der Fehler auftritt, heißt "Uterus"! Nur ohne Anführungszeichen. 

Wäre ja echt toll, wenn das mit der Fehlerbehebung klappen sollte. Vielen Dank,  ihr macht wirklich einen großartigen Job,Jungs. Daumen hoch.
