Omicron Arkh dissapeared in my playthrough and I'm unable to continue the story. Is there a way to get him back that I'm missing?

I never got any reaponse on my bug report about the chracter textre turning bright red whenever i enter the inventory menu ehile in the star map I've tried everything to fix it at this point

Hi, same Problem here. The Omicron is missing on my Bridge in chapter Two, where i have to talk to him following the Martyr storyline. Playing on Xbox one
