Negative skill point

When I reached level 31 on my crusader, for some reason I gained a negative 1 passive skill point. I can't use it or refund any skills. If I level again, am I going to be at 0, losing my 2 skill points? Or worse, -2?

Until we fix the problem here is a temporary workaround which works most of the time. Use a Mind reset consumable -> close the Passives window, then re-open it and only then start distributing your skill points.
