For Crusader, does Invigorating Faith ( Restores 0.5% of max HP for every Focus point spent) STACK w/ Vigor (Restores 0,5% of max HP and max Suppression for every Focus point spent)?

Resulting in 1% of Max HP for Every Focus Spent?

Example

Focus Cost: 30

Max HP: 1000

Heal: (1000 x .01 ) x 30 = 300
