Crit strength and crit damage - exclusive to each other?

So I've been rerolling stuff on my signums and for the life of me I can't get both at the same time... As soon as crit damage is not there, crit strength shows up in reroll... Is it true or am I really unlucky? I've spent millions of credits and thousands of ancient mechanisms trying to get both with no luck...

AFAIK the crit chance and crit damage do not counter each other but to be sure of this our testers will check on it!

Marco, not crit chance, but % crit damage vs crit strength :)

But I mean crit strength vs crit damage. I can get crit chance with crit damage OR crit strength. I can't get crit strength AND crit damage at the same time.
