Cannot create a new seasonal character

Hello,

Thank you guys for the new content super awesome but I have spent a lot of time on creating 2 of each class and at the moment the game wont let me create a new seasonal character. I should have the option to go ahead and create one but I cannot. Could you please correct?

My in game account is dokmand.

Khorne On The Cob, here. Likewiser, no new character slots open. All mine are varying levels but all of the alts not in use are character caddies for looted gear for builds I want to try out, lack of shared storage space kills this game (one whole page of the 3 shared storage tabs is psalm codes and shards, and still a shard has to hgo on another slot...
