Hi, I just bought the game and I'm having the same problem. When I start the game and play screen savers, I get a window with the game logo and an attempt to connect to the servers. I keep getting "Cannot connect to the servers. Please try again later" . I installed the certificates from the game folder, reinstalled it on another drive.

Hello, have you tried verifying the game files on Steam? Sometimes the most mundane of things seem to work..
Steam library -> right click on game -> properties -> installed files -> verify integrity of game files
