Xbox One DLC's Unaccessible

4

So the DLC mission's are still unaccessible even after the latest update which was meant to fix this... I wouldn't have minded as much if I hadn't cashed out for the season pass.. But right now it's proving to have been a waste of my money so yeah I'm not happy about it.

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling and it hasn't resolved it.

Don't try to install the DLC from the game, if you open the store from the game the informations about what you own ( season pass, dlc ) are wrong. Go directly to the store ( dont start the game ) and it shows the correct status of the things you purchased.

I installed the DLC ( mind plague & charybdis ) packs by pressing select on the warhammer symbol on the dashboard, then manage game & add-on, let the system then search for new WH stuff rdy to install .. if you own the season pass the mind plague DLC will show up and is rdy to install. Think i had to enter the XBL store after this so the system recognized i that i'm a season pass owner, now it works.

Hope it helps.

I've tried that bud, Mind Plague and the Season Pass are both showing as if I don't own either or show as not being installed when in fact they are. Ingame, I go on priority assignments, Mind Plague and it says "DLC needed" which to my understanding is what the latest update should've fixed anyway?

We are on the matter, hopefully within a couple of days the matter will be resolved and Season-pass owners will be able to get access to the DLC! I will keep you updated here!

Please check on the following steps:

  1. Open My games & apps
  2. Highlight the Tile of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr
  3. Press the Menu button
  4. Select Manage game
  5. Check the content of the 'Installed' category

To install missing DLCs you can either:

  1. Open My games & apps
  2. Highlight the Tile of Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr
  3. Press the Menu button
  4. Select Manage game
  5. Select 'Ready to install'
  6. Download and install any DLCs that are missing from your consoles

...alternatively, you can also:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store
  2. Search the name of the missing DLC
  3. and download it from there

If DLCs are not working after installation, make sure that:

  • You can see the installed DLC in the Manage game screen
  • You have the ingame requirements to play the DLC.
  • Alternatively, you should also try restarting the game (and the console) after DLC installation.
