On the Feral tribes mission to rescue 2 groups of guardsmen from cages I originally could only get one cage to open, now I can't get either of them open and now cannot advance in the game. Any help would be appreciated

May we ask on what platform you are playing and if you play on PC, are you using a controller or mouse+keyboard? Thanks for your reply in advance.
