What a great first impression
Warhammer 40K Support AreaI just purchased the game on the PSN and can't get past the email registration because your system is broken. Id this the type of quality I am to expect for the rest of the product? First time in 30 years of gaming that I can't launch a game I purchased. Wow.
Do you guys have a fix in the works? How long should I wait before getting this refunded?

I can understand that such an issue can be annoying. However the devs team is relatively small.
I've experienced more issues with bigger game company, i.e borderlands 3, diablo 3, ... where the teams and servers are bigger.
So shit happens, but the devs & Marco are doing there best to solve the issues as soon as possible. And as said, there are more people thanks to gamepass than ever, so bare with them.
Hope you will be able to enjoy the game soon!
I understand your sympathy for the devs but no matter of excuse is valid for purchasing a game and still not being able to use it 3 days later. What did they think would happen when they made it free on Xbox? Did they disclose this to me when I purchased it on PSN? I sympathize I do, but 3 days... C'mon.
