I just got WH40K Inquisitor on Playstation 5.  I started playing the game, but I cannot progress past Mission 3 in the campaign.  I finish the mission and I get the option to swap out my gear then I get put back on the mission select screen.  I can choose to replay mission 3 without all of the gear upgrade I just selected.  No option to play mission 4.   I know my console and the game are updated to the latest software.

How do I get this issue fixed?
