Tried posting for assistance in the support forum, no response in 17 days. Tried using messenger that states they reply in under 2 hours 11 hours ago. Does anyone from Neocore actully monitor their own game forums?

The last time a support ticket was resolved and closed, according to their own website, was June 30th, 2021.
