I read yesterday it could be a glitch in the game and no I've not sold them by mistake

I bought the plans from Ragna Van Wynter and learn them then when I go to Omicron Arch and crafting tab, they are not there this has happened twice with Mk11 and Mk111 waepons

Did you sell them by mistake before "learning" them eventually? This could happen sometimes when you use the buttons for selling all greens or purples...

I'm not sure how you meant your sentence. Did you lose items while crafting weapons or you cannot use your materials in the crafting process?
