Shortly after placing my Fabrication Distortion Armor and a purchased blue signum onto my assassin, they vanished from the character entirely. Textures are not showing, and they are not present on the character, her inventory, or in the Captain's shop.

Same here I lost 2 sniper rifles this way.

I suggest you log out after purchasing expensive items.
