Would it be possible to upgrade to a higher pack, like say you have a Throne pack and you upgrade to Inquisitor pack for only the difference? I would love to throw some more money at you guys but my pockets are only so deep.

it's on their to do list :) I think it was expected in a month or two. Although not guaranteed.
