Unreachable Secondary Objective

During the investigation I came across a terminal for the Kill the Demon quest. Problem is though it would trigger the secondary objective (a few points of xp) the terminal is unreachable. (see screenshot below)

Had the same issue in my game. It didnt stop me from compeleting the mission. But yeah. got the feeling that something didnt go quite right.
