Maybe at least on this issue technical support will be able to help me. The matter is as follows, my old inquisitor-paladin has become unplayable, (maybe it's a matter of some update that I missed, because I haven't played the game since the announcement of the new class) I have no way to interact with the objects responsible for the stash, star map, co-op, message, cosmetic items and others. Moreover, my ability trees, although all of them were unlocked, are now inaccessible, except for those where I have assigned ability points, and the same is true of attribute points, which have also been reset. The strangest thing is that most of the old requirements to unlock individual perks/skills trees, which are now locked, show up as completed in the character menu. Please help.

Edit: None of my characters, old or new, can interact with objects in any way, so I can't even leave the hangar, and since the option to skip the prologue is no longer available to me, I can't even check my newly purchased class. HELP!!!
