Unable to Rotate Camera

Whenever I try to rotate the game's camera (in my case, with T and Y), the screen shakes violently and moves slightly in the direction I tried to move it in before snapping back to the default position as soon as I release the button. This happens regardless of which map I am on.

The shaking has stopped, nut not there is no response from the rotation hotkeys.

Same here. Mouse rotation works, but it's nowhere near as elegant and precise as keyboard one (no way that I'm rotating camera in combat with mouse; with keyboard I do)
