I'm am at 2/8 in Awakenings, on the Tide of Blood step. Cassius has an ! Above his head, but will not advance progress on the mission, he just loops old dialogue.

I have the same problem with my game. Xbox1 met all criteria to open sector but still locked out pr1443. Try to talk to Caius but it's looped to the old dialogue. Please help.
