I have just done this a few days ago, made a new char same one i have done the full story on, skip tutorial, do the first mission on easy run through it and then next you get the 3 campaign missions, do the frozen waste on +10 all you need to do is run at the top of the map dont need to fight mobs, once mission says complete, go to main menu delete that chat and start again, took me 1 hr or so
