There is a bug in the mission Terra Incognita. After I defeat the female dark eldar I am supposed to interact with the cogitator but I am unable to do so and even the chests.
Please see below images.
When I go near the cogitator and the chest there is no interact prompt and therefore I cannot progress the story. My other characters seem to do fine except my melee crusader the one I am using in the images. Please fix this.

I'm having the same problem, The Silent Place but for the Xbox One.
I've watched the cut scene & skipped it the 2nd time.

There are 4 Terra Incognita missions, may I ask which one you found problematic? 'Looking for Information'?

This bug is weird. Turns out that it only gets bugged when I watch the cutscene on meeting the dukhari but if I skip that cutscene it seems to do just fine.

Would you locate this folder:
SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Warhammer40,000 Inquisitor - Martyr\InstallUtils
and install everything you find there including the files in the sub-folders. Then please re-check if the issue is still present.

Tested this out today and still bugged. No answer from the devs?
