Stuck on "The Hideout" mission in Final Cut

I was playing coop with a friend when the game crashed after killing the boss "Cult Leader" now we are stuck with the objective "kill the Cult Leader in his hideout" but this Boss doesn't respawn, nor in multi neither in singleplayer (with respawn enemies enabled in options)
