Still receiving network error

I bought this game yesterday late night. After downloading, I created an account and could not log in. Keep getting Network error. After some research it seems this is a common bug among a lot of the community.. Is it this hard to fix this bug? Or if it's not a bug, how can we play this Game?

I read a solution in another blog that worked for me.

You have to change your email if it is not gmail, in my case, I was using hotmail, I changed the email from the neocore site, I followed some steps and when I tried to log in from the game, it worked!!!

It sounds stupid I know, but works
