I'm unable to start a season journey no matter what I do and it"s REALLY getting annoying!

I've even reinstalled the game (a real pain)...

I select the class and specialty of the character and typed in the name but I can't go any farther than that because the game just sits on that screen.

I can create regular charactera all I want but this is off limits for some silly reason...
