I have collected all relics, but Season objectives, at Tier V: Heroic, for the Relic Warden objective, the Tears of St. Vespasiana are not recognized (but all the others are).

I've noticed a lot of the same cases. This is a terrible experience for players, especially new players.

Yes, I heard similar cases as well, this might be widespread.

Tears of Vespasiana got fixed but with this task you completed all Tier V objectives.
If we simply complete it for you, the next time you login you would NOT receive the Tier V rewards. Because of that we removed one single unit from the 40.000 Shards of Grace. Collect one and you are done!:)
