My relic inoculators no longer craft with a relic power. 20 in a row now have given 2 primary + 1 secondary power, and no relic power. Also, for some reason, I am able to learn 2 inoculator blueprints at a time, but when I craft, it removes a 'charge' from each in the craft UI.

Thanks for the report!

Both issues are already known on our end, our dev team will get them handled in the shortest time possible!
Regarding the duplicate blueprints: only the Inoculator has 2 blueprints one of which will get removed.
