PS4 random crashes during missions

Over the past 2 days I've experienced about 10 crashes , 3 in the last hour, during missions play. I'll be in a mission killing heretics and then BAM. Having to replay a missions I actually beat, but just didn't wrap out yet. Other times it happens mid game.
