Cant join friends online . It always says joining and nothings happening

2 of my friend uninstall and re install the games and no change .... Im starting to think about calling ps4 for a refund

please write your country, type of PS4 nat in network settings. attach screenshot what you do or better video. PS4 can load videos on youtube directly. Does the matchmaking is working normally?

And your friends are also unable to join you if you are the one who invites them? Do they experience this with any other player beside you?

Our testers started multiple missions in coop but they were unable to reproduce the problem, the joining worked properly each time.

May I ask in what region do you play? There is a similar issue reported by @RIGG‍ and only players from Russia experienced it this far. We restarted the multiplayer from our backend, please check if that helped!

I did try yesterday and it didnt work always showing joining but nothings happening

I did try the matchmaking and it worked.  So i guess that its an issue with joining friend/ them joining too. I hope that may help. Cuz ils a great To play with friend. Kinda suck not be able to enjoy the game.
