Hello the raga character on the ship was left with the exclamation point and will not let me do anything or buy or sell or advance in the story please help

My character in the game is zionhunt, consolé ps4

the problem was not solved on friday. Is it really such a compicated matter for u to spend whole week on it ? U are handling problems like bethesda with fallout 76. the main reason this game has mkxed reviews is because of game breaking bugs.
