Character : seasonal psyker

The perks Psychic Might and Ultimate focus require you to reach 20 points in Force attribute and Psy Focus attribute respectively. 

I've done that and the unlock popped up on the screen at the command bridge for both. 

However, they still appear unlocked at the Heroic Deed screen and the perks are still locked. 

Redistributing my attribute points to achieve 20 points in one or the other does not unlock them, neither do i get the unlock screen at the command bridge anymore. 

Any suggestions?
