Having this same problem after the update. Omicron Arkh is missing, I too am at the end of chapter 2. I have two quests stuck waiting for him to return, in both of them I need to speak to Omicron Arkh. And I'm playing on PS4

Hello! I have been 5 days since I wrote about Omicron Arkh. I can not progress and that is unfortunate as I had returned to the game after a while only to run in to this bug :/ Could you help me? 

I'm in chapter 2: Hunt for the Martyr and I have to talk to Omicron Arkh but he is not on the bridge.

The problem you encountered could be succesfully resolved on our backend so you should be able to proceed in the campaign now.
We would like to deeply apologize for the long waiting time, the fixes took much longer than we initially expected.

Ok, I have completed chapter 1, I'm on mission chaos undivided. I still can not find omicron arkh on the bridge. I've updated to the latest version, deleted and reinstalled the game, and he's still not there!! Getting pretty frustrated!
