- Old account data after deleting original account
Deleted original acc on website and my xbox consoles data then restarted game with nothing neocore on hand resigned up using same email and my original account data relinked to it and now whenever i start game im using that data and today just remade my neocore acc for 2nd time and my console didnt ask for sign up part or login part my xbox gamer tag is LordZhou1107 please help

Hello! Your patience over the weekend is very much appreciated. I'm sorry, but I want to make really sure, and I'm having a somewhat hard time deciphering your messages without punctuation :D
I can delete two things for you. Your in-game account and your Neocore account. Which of these did you want deleted (or both?)
A) your data in the game (characters, story progress, items)
B) your Neocore account
C) Both of these
Same day i know ur busy with updates still have my game data thats connected to my old account that i deleted and restarted account then relinked my old account to the restart but my old data relinked to it then deleted that account from website completely erased everything on my xbox the day i did this to give u time then went back in and found out i could do game even tho i had no account which surprised me so yesterday decided to post this hoping for a fix since wanted a fresh start yet still can play game with old account even tho its using the same email
I can see both an active in-game account and Neocore account. Did you want me to delete the Neocore account, so you can create a new one? Did you want me to delete both? Let me know how I can help you further!
