Not receiving rewards

Reached Rank 5 with the Aethon, clicked on the dialog box for the reward

but did not receive the 300 Fate points I was suppose to get .

I have been getting similar buggy behavior with the rewards from Heroic Deeds.

Dialog box tells me I have been rewarded an Attribute point but when I look at my

Character page no new attribute point has been added to it.
