Network error after 0.1.4 patch

I am unable to login now with todays patch, it keeps saying network error when i try to reconnect

Checking it out right now. make sure to not use launch parameters.

Thanks, we are looking into it ASAP - but bear in mind that it's the weekend so we may or may not have to wait a bit for the fix.

Try this:


If you can't log in, do this:

  • Exit the game
  • Hit Win+R
  • Type in regedit and hit Enter
  • Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/NeocoreGames/Warhammer
  • Delete everything there
  • Restart the game

Well interesting, I just closed and re-opened Steam and now its working again

I've tried both solutions listed here and still having this issue.

Try verifying your game cache then restarting steam as an admin.


The process i followed before finally resolving this was first I did the registry edit suggested, then I verified my game cache in steam, then i closed and re-opened steam, starting the executable as an administrator and it started working again.
