mission glitch?

My game glitched and created 2seprate mission lines for when you get back on the martyr.

So i completed both sets of mission and now Ragna is broken, and wont let me sell or progress the Van Wynter legacy misions.

Is there anyway to fix this without making a new character?

Yes, it is not necessary to create a new character. What is your PSN/Gamertag and character's name?
