I just bought the PS4 season pass and got nothing, no dlc, no theme

You need to "buy" the DLC separately. With the season pass on your account, they will be flagged as free on PS Store.

Not everything is part of the season pass. Most stuff is.

Our console publisher works together with Sony to resolve the issue in the Hongkong PS store but this will take time. We would recommend you to request a refund on your Season Pass for the time being as it is uncertain when will the issue get handled by them.

Encountering the same issue since I bought the Imperium Edition on the Singapore Playstation Store, none of the DLCs are available for me to download other than the ones in the Deluxe Edition that is installed. I would not be able to refund the Season Pass as I bought it through the Imperium Edition bundle, please provide some guidance on what we can do?

To add, I tried doing the restore Licenses method, but I am still facing the same issue.

In this case please contact the game's publisher - Bigben Interactive - who are handling all these matters along with Sony. You can reach them via email: [email protected].
Additionally we are also working on the matter as Prophecy and all the various DLCs should be available in the various Asian stores.
