- Maelstorm Psyker Power oddness and never getting on crit effects
I had a relic with chance to fear and stun on crit and after a while I realized it wasn't ever triggering with the Maelstorm power.
The ability triggers 10 stacks of vulnerability in an instant when I use the vulnerability mastery on the power.
It always appears as a crit but I think that its generating a crit in a bunch of hits then adding up all the damage from those hits.

On further playing it seems that only the first hit of the channel counts for on hit effects and never at any point after unless you stop and cast again.
Chance to shock and slow on hit 15+%, never happened. Add vulnerability on crit? Nope. Lose warp heat on applying debuffs? Yes. -Warp heat on hit per debuff on them? Again nope. Lose warp heat on crit? Saddly no.
I like my no warp heat psyker build even though theres such good items, passives, and perks for max warp heat but all these things are making it hard to play it at times as well as lots of wasted passive points.
