I completed Return to the Martyr, Klosterheim. The game did not immediately load the mission results. Once it began to load, it skipped mission rewards. I am stuck with the mission mission and no way to access it to repeat or advance the story.

Game breaking bug!

Same here finished the last mission in 'through fire and flames' got no reward screen and cant re-run the mission or progress with the story.

I have this with the last mission of "Uthers Tarot". I leveled, but lost all my loot and 100k of money. Now its just stuck saying to retrieve the tarot but no way to repeat or anything.

I am Stuck on Chapter 4 point 3 Uthers Grave? ( Others Grab) 3/8 clues , it says: Eliminiate the black legion forces ( in german)

Yeah, I've just had this too, twice, on PS4. The mission seems not to finish properly, and no rewards are given (for the mission, or for pick-ups), nor is the campaign mission 'complete'.

Game-breaking.

Still can’t play the inquisitorial fortress..... at the end I get kicked on dashboard on Xbox One .

Lost mission. Finished the mission where I needed to deactivate the force barrier with klosterheim. Finished mission then it reloaded me back to end with only camera controls. Nothing else visible including character. After about a minute and a half it reloaded me back to my ship. Now I cant start next questline of "the secret weapon", enter the inner sanctum. Character name Mynd Freek. Lvl 16 psyker. Xbox one gt: Marlboro man 1. Have tried reloading game and doing a hard reset of console. Still nothing. Happened last night around 11pm est.

Viper nest's - Vismar Minori mission s is broken

I completed the mission and when i reach the bunker, after the cutscene, the game crashed. No rewards, only level up and the quest is broken on this mission (not able to play it again or go foward to the last mission)

The Mission The Secret Weapon / Enter The Inner Sanctom is broken on Xbox One can’t play the Mission. :( pls fix this, many hours of play are lost when it can’t be fix.

Same here, on Xbox. Mission through fire and flames. Buggy mission ending with no loot screen and the mission is not available now. Can play any other type of missions. Cannot proceed with a story.
