Loot Disappearing

Playing online co op, coming back to the ship, inventory is empty and missing drops found on previous mission.
Wondering if there is a fix for this or if it's a unique instance or if the devs are aware of why.

I can see them in your stasis casket storage. I've added them to your only character's inventory. So you must've moved them over there already.

Is there something I have to do to claim these? I don't see anything in my inventory or my mail. Do you need my character name as well as my account name? I only gave you my account name earlier.


My in-game character name is: Tech-Priest Bob

Hey, I don't think I received anything. I don't have anything in my inventory that I didn't have before and I don't have anything with a TEMP placeholder.

Hey guys, I've added some items to your inventories, as a form of compensation. Some of them may have a 'TEMP' placeholder icon on them, that's only due to me creating them in our backend instead of you guys getting them in-game. I'm real sorry about the trouble!

Hello, I also experienced similar item losses. All of my Archeotech Psalms, which I found and assembled with great difficulty, have disappeared. When I tried to remove and replace the ones in the Psalm-Code Doctrines, they all disappeared. My in-game name is Tuberclain, I have opened characters with similar names before, but I am currently playing Season of Judgement.

Hi! 

We published a patch yesterday with a fix for co-op loot issue where the host would not get their loot if they didn't open their inventory during the mission. Hopefully this solved your issues going forward. I'm certainly sorry about the troubles thus far. If you let me know your in-game account name I'll leave a bunch of high value lootbags as a minimal form of compensation

I have been running into the same bug. I see it existed a few years ago, but was patched, so I'm wondering if the new DLC re-introduced the bug. 


I fresh installed the game for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and now have 15.8 hours of gameplay logged. I am playing a Tech-Adept and I own every DLC except Sororitas, and my friend is playing an Assassin and only owns the base game. We are playing Multiplayer in which I am the Party Leader. We recently did a Void Crusade using my components, and upon completing the Crusade, we opened 4 chests (had 3 keys). I saw lots of loot drop and there were several items in my inventory I was excited to swap to. One entire chest was 6+ Archeotech items. We completed the mission and went back to the ship. All of my loot was not in my inventory, but theirs still was. The Void Crusade is now complete and I did not get any of the final loot. After being frustrated and getting over the WTF of the  moment, I realized that there have been a majority missions I have done, including Solo Story Missions, where I did not keep any of the loot I picked up during the mission. I was only getting my level-up and mission complete rewards.


I never thought much of not getting items playing solo, as I'm still fairly low level and knew I wouldn't find much useful at my rate of progression, and I was rushing missions to catch up to my friend, that is 10+ levels ahead of me. Now that I think about it, it would not surprise me to find I am missing between 50% and 75% of all the loot I have picked up during a mission since the creation of my character.


Due to this, I am beyond frustrated because what is the point of a Looter game, if you don't keep your loot?

This is most likely caused by a temporary desync between server and player side at a wrong moment. Sorry about the trouble. Please let me know what your in-game account name (or in case of consoles: PSN/Gamertag) is, and approximately how many of which items you lost, I'll try and restore them for you as closely as possible.
