I’ve just bought the game on PlayStation 4 and cannot play it even though I bought the more expensive edition.

I am getting : Login error

Please how do I rectify this ? My email is verified too

On the game's Discord one person has commented that it works well on Playstation. I keep trying to play the game but the connection error continues, I bought the game yesterday but I still have not been able to play. I guess I will have to ask for a refund, they don't seem to give support by mail or on the forum.

I've just seen another comment on another post saying support never helped him waited 2 weeks for a reply sent over 20 emails and he decided to get a refund

I'm going to do the same if this isn't fixed in the next few hours

Worst customer support I've ever seen from a company

My friend is getting the same issue, I've emailed support 12 hours ago still no reply and no reply to my support post
