Can't access any of my season pass content after new patch PS4

Which DLC did you try to download?

I can't right now (i'm on 3g and i don't have enough gb on my subscription) but i think it's a rather definitive solutions. It's not a big deal, just a wrong name on the right dlc. I actually have the dlc properly installed so it's allright.
As we can see you indeed owning all of the DLCs. Could you please uninstall the game and the Season pass (or the DLCs) then first install the Season pass (DLCs) and only after that the game itself? We hope this helps you resolving the problem on your end.
When I go to Extras there is just a Commisar skull, none of the Extras I have purchased (Cherub, statues etc). I am unable to talk to the Astropath to see if the DLC is available. (As in there is no way to interact with him on the bridge, he has no button prompt when I approach him)
When I reinstalled I did not get the option to download anything from the PS Store. When I click on a DLC/Extra to download, nothing happens.
Really like this game, would like to play it!
@DURANT78 your case has already been forwarded to our devs, it will get fixed shortly!
I would like to ask more details about the Season pass problem you reported. We made a quick fix on our backend which made the lost DLCs once again available for those who owned them in the first place. Before the reinstall did you miss any given DLC or all the contents? What happened when you interacted with the Extras panel on the Command Bridge? None of the cosmetic items were available?
Having the exact same issue. PS4.
Not only am I stuck at chapter 2 of the main story - no one has got back to me on this issue so I uninstalled the game and reinstalled thinking that would help.
However when I go to redownload season pass and PURCHASED extra content, nothing happens when I click on the download option. It just says download (Not downloaded)
This update has so far negatively impacted my experience with this game and I was looking forward to the improvements.
@ZARA32 thanks for the report, we will correct the problem. Please send an email to [email protected] about the issue and attach a screenshot about the weapon, I will compensate you.
The vendor and the Tarot issues will also get fixed shortly!:)
Slightly different problem, after the patch i still have all my dlc, but i can't donwload the only one i didn't yet, the "desperate crusade". If i go to the store and press the download button it briefly load the "purchase" page and then immediately go back to the dlc page, and obviously nothing is downloaded.
If i go the my library, i don't have the desperate crusade dlc in mu list, but i have 2 hollow bliss, the second one with the image of even another dlc, the forgotten arselan one 0.0
Then i enter the game, go to the dlc guy to doublecheck if i really have all dlc properly loaded and SURPRISE i actually have the depserate crusade in the list of the priority assignments, i suspect now that the double hollow bliss is actually the depserate crusade, but still it's a bit confusing...
We made changes a while ago on our backend, could you please re-check your already owned DLCs?
But it would be nice if neocore would check it out too.
The only tip i have is going to the games page n your library, and select download on each one- not sure if it works, but i noticed i got my cherub back, my footprints back and servo skull etc after i did so, even though no download actually occurred. They said "free" in my owned dlc list for it (that only shows up if not downloaded) So that MAY work.
i still need them to go through my account and make sure everything is enabled though. So please neocore, we really wanna play! <3
Have faith, they will fix it. They even fix individual accounts when they see it, you will see your content restored, but it suuuuuucks to wait. -,- However, they have a proven record of going through accounts on their end, to make sure it's all fixed (seen it multiple times on the forum) I would trust them, but the pain is REAL :/
Same problem here, I also reported it on their discord. On the PS4 the extra's thing for cosmetics isn't working, priority assignment DLC that i didn't do before the patch is just gone ingame, cant acces it on the priority npc and it also wont show up in the new mission overview menu.
DLC like the Maelstrom of Carnage and City of Suffering is also missing now from the map and also not in the special mission tab.
Overall it seems als the season pass content/DLC is missing now.
ps: i tried to restore licences on the ps4 but that didn't help either, everything is still missing.
Set this current order state as My default.
