Updates to W40K: Inquisitor - Martyr will be released. The updates will be applied automatically after the scheduled maintenance and when your Steam client (in on-line mode) is restarted. Please also note that during maintenance, players will be unable to login.

Fixed Bugs

  • The Knit Flesh mastery now properly gives the 10 HP regeneration bonus to the Misfortune and Precognitive Dodge Psyker skills
  • The Death Augury will now activate even if the character is under a CC effect
  • The Vanquisher of the Vile perk now properly works on Medium type enemies
  • Fixed the swapped investigation choices in the Poisoned Souls assignment
  • Fixed Morality Choices that did not give Morality points in Priority Assignments
  • The Master of Pain Tarot card now unlocks properly
  • The Commander in the first Khorne Awakenings mission now stays alive until the player talks to him
  • Tarot missions now always spawn properly
  • Numerous crash fixes
  • Localization updates

Miscellaneous

  • Fonts are now generated properly in localized versions of the game
  • Modified objective markers on the Harbourmaster in the Van Wynter's Legacy assignment to better indicate targets
  • The Reborn Warlock's Warp Stream skill received a new effect
  • Added a default buff/debuff icon
  • Adjusted companion name strings
  • Reworked Tarot card rewards for psyker items:
    • The Unclean One: Force-, Warp-, Telekinetic rod
    • Pestilence: Force&Biomantic Sword, Aether Blade
    • The Rebellionist: Pistols
    • Cleansing: Force-, Pyrokinetic-, Wyrdvane Staff

Been trying different things for a few days now to verify this claim but I am confident after many hours testing and watching that what ever changes you made to Death Augury broke that mechanic entirely.

Both Death Augury and Reanimator Glands in the defensive tree do absolutely nothing. I watch carefully every time I am approaching death, and sure enough, every single time I just die. There is no 50% heal, no 200hp regen a second, no indication any of the other buffs happen either, I just consistently die when I would normally die despite having both these mechanisms that should at least one time in the many hours I have played and died prevent this. Please look into this and fix it.

Also I understand relics have a low drop rate, but isn't that the point of the different mechanisms you put in place to increase their drop chance? So why is it possible that I go into a Tarot Mission with Extreme Fortune consumed, minor arcana has both hourglass and the crucible, and I bump up difficulty past my power rating and end up with only 1 relic? To be fair it isn't a frequent problem overall, but I play enough that it has happened a few times and can be frustrating.

Finally, you need to fix the cut scene talk triggers on missions. I finished the entire story so far on my first character and it is a problem through every chapter including the new ones after the Martyr storyline. First off, it disables any activated abilities that arn't buffs like Fiery Form, lastly it makes us walk up to, sometimes into, a hoard of bad guys to talk to the boss/mini boss we are going to be talking too and when the conversation is over, there we are surrounded by a ton of enemies instantly getting bombarded.
