Innoculator Using itself on PS4

Hello. I am on the PS4 gamer tag is Hulkster_B51. Character name Josephine.

Randomly during missions, especially astropath missions, my innoculator will starting using itself going through all the charges even when I am not injured.

Is this an issue you are aware of?

I've had this happen to me a couple times in the war zone.

I cant confirm on PS4 but on Xbox I can pause and then unpause and it just removes the glitch. Hope it works for you till they fix it =)

Hi i am P gamer, sometimes i have the same problem but if you press R1 when the inoculator is on charge the problem stop. Try it.

The Inoculator issue where it uses itself automatically has been fixed, the next patch will contain it!
