The Inoculator enchantment that gives +% charges from medical supply crates is not working as of the latest patch, was working a week ago (posting this 2020/09/18). To test, equip or roll this secondary property with at least +25% onto an Inoculator, and configure the consumption to be 5. The +25% should boost the chest to a supply value of 10 giving you 2 charges, however after the latest patch it now always calculates based on the nominal supply value of 8 regardless of this property, meaning my characters with 5 cost/+supply setups now only get 1 charge per crate instead of 2.
