If uwant 30 relics  and 5 levels per hour i advice you to the following:

  1. Maelstrom of Carnage map (dlc) - 10 relics in 5 min;
  2. Tarrot + 400 power lvl easy mode thx to perfect boosted relics - much more exp than red missions or investigation.
