simple beacuse of the HP steal in range wepon player become a power house from long range if they have a heavy bolter with HP steal guest what yes there is a good chance that they wont die LOL people will be come a GOD in this game ROFL 

HP steal in melee combat now that i approve :) why cause it will help player stay alive longer in close range and i am sure that it will gave more people/player more reason to use melee wepon :)
