I started out on Story difficulty as it said I could change at any time. I'm finding it far too easy after doing the beta so want to change to Challenge mode. Where is the option? I've looked in the options menu.

Also the Skull Mask makes my characters head tiny when worn, its not just cropping the hair in, it is noticeably small and looks weird on both the character screen and the map as I move. Anyone found a fix?
