How do you change difficulty on PS5?

Hey guys, just got the ultimate edition on PS5, and there is no option to change difficulty in the options menu, or on mission select like on PC, am I missing something or is this a bug? For clarification I'm doing the intro campaign missions. On the second one right now, and I set the difficulty to extreme at game start so now I am stuck.

The difficulty can be set only before you launch the tutorial chapter or after you completed all 5 missions. Then, you can change the difficulty before ever mission.

Since you are not that deep into the campaign I would recommend starting a new character if the difficulty is too hard for you.
